June 14 - new toys, new games. Mama wants to play too
These sparkly crunchy balls created as much concern as the excitement later. And who if not the brave Blue Boy was the first to investigate? :)

June 11
Mama can be an excellent and not always willing hunting toy and wrestling partner

June 5 - please don't get too used to getting updates daily: I do them as often as humanly possible but it is not always the case
Aren't we the cutest? Best age

Little lambs - First intro to grass. Usually, kittens are not too excited about grassess at such a young age but these ones were and attacked it as no tomorrow. Cat grass (commonly fresh oats or catnip) is important for their digestion and enjoyment. Sold in every pet store and some groceries. Seeds are sold at a $ store and you can easily grow them at home.

June 4 - always exciting event for my little carnivores: the first introduction to raw meat!
Undeniable excitement - no need for encouragement, although the proud mama does. Some growl and carry little pieces away to their corners to protect their loot from being stolen, some just don't have the time for this and try to get as much as possible quickly. A whole pound of fresh ground beef is devoured within less than 10 minutes. Not much left for mama but she does not mind as long as her babies are happy and full :)
This also gives me a chance to catch everybody in one picture to show the gamet of the coloring differences in one shot from above

|
Mama also teaches manners - hey, biting too hardis not alllowed!
|
Mama is worried but the girl wants to go higher - up and up! Now let's try - who can get there and back faster?

May 31 - Foxy's kittens are 6 weeks old and Goldie's are not far behind: another significant milestone
The kittens celebrated their important birthday by getting rid of their protective movement restrictions by successfully jumping and climbing over them. Completely out of bounds now - running around their nursery and attempting their mastery at any possible feline skill - both vertical and horizontal. There were too many pictures and videos I took to document this great achievement, so a new page was required to post them. I planned to filter many of them out but in the end gave up as they were so cute :) They already well recognize and happily greet me and some of them even attempt to use my legs as climbing poles.
Although it is way too early to talk about individual personalities, some undeniable leaders emerge. The most definite are a Blue Boy and a Red Girl. These two will surely cause a lot of headaches not only to me but their concerned for their safety mothers as well. On the other hand, at least Goldie is happy to have playmates.
I can watch them allday long :) Hope you do too.

Who is the unmistakable clown here? He wears beautiful well-defined spots - pretending to be a Bengal?
